Crockpot Peach Cobbler
Want a quick easy dessert tonight? You found it!
Crockpot Peach Cobbler
1/2 C Sugar
1/2 C Flour
2/3 C Oats
2 t Cinnamon
2 Cans of Peaches, drained (or 6-8 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced)
1/4 C Butter stick, sliced, plus extra
Butter your cold crock, then add your peaches. Combine all dry ingredients well. Add about half of the dry mixture to the crock and mix it up with the peaches. Add the remaining dry mix to the top of the peaches, then add slices/pats of butter to the top. Cover and cook for about 3-4 hours on low.
Note: it goes without saying – the butter is VEGAN butter, we use Earth Balance.
*If you want a really crunchy topping, put the crock in the oven at 450F for 5-10 minutes before serving.
ENJOY!!

Is the crockpot on high or low?
Very simple, and i like that. But this isn't vegan.
yes, it is vegan, her son is allergic to dairy and eggs. she uses vegan butter and vegan milk in all her recipes.
Is sugar vegan?
We do use a Vegan Sugar, but you can use whatever sugar you would like. 🙂
I think she means vegan buttery sticks– like Earth Balance.
Cook on high or low?
And still no one answered the first question. Is the crock pot on high or low?!
I just checked out a few other crock pot peach cobbler recipes and it looks like the setting should be low for that amount of time – 3-4 hours.
Most crockpot recipes I start on LOW and work my way up from there if it does not seem to be cooking quick enough.
All the items in our recipes are to be VEGAN without having to specify as such. When "butter" is used, it is always going to be a vegan butter. Hope this helps.
Thanks for everyone stopping by.
