My son loves to make and drink this!
We start with a gallon of filtered water and then slice up some lemons. After squeezing every last drop of juice from the lemons, he strains it and then pours into the water.
When we first started making this, we also added stevia or agave but have put in less and less each time and now he makes it without the sweetener at all. Lemons are a great alkalizer for your body and this is an easy way to drink them up!
