VEGAN MUSHROOM POCKETS!
I saw this on my Facebook feed today – and YUM! If I show it to my little chef, I may just have a yummy lunch this afternoon with some sensational mushrooms.
The vegan version is pretty easy – just use vegan butter etc. Oh, how I love mushrooms! Yum!
