Vegan Pumpkin Mousse

VEGAN Pumpkin Mousse
1 14oz can of Pumpkin Puree
1/3 C Coconut Milk
1/4 C Coconut Butter or Coconut Oil
1 T Agave
2 t Vanilla
2 t Pumpkin Spice
Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into serving bowls and enjoy or chill until ready to serve.
Looks easy and delicious! I’ll have to give it a shot since my husband is trying to eat healthier.

We used the refrigerated variety, but if you use the canned one, let us know how it turned out.
