VEGAN Sloppy Joes
These are so simple and yummy! In the crockpot or easily can be made on the stovetop in no time. It may look like a lot of ingredients, but most are a tablespoon or teaspoon worth and you probably have most or all of them right there in your pantry, so try these goodies tonight. VEGAN Sloppy Joes
3 T palm sugar
3 T palm sugar
1-2 T garlic powder
1-2 T onion powder
1 1/4 t chili powder
1 T cumin
1 1/4 t chili powder
1 T cumin
1 t smoked paprika
3/4 t cinnamon
3/4 t cinnamon
½ t salt
½ t parsley
14 oz. tomato sauce
1 T apple cider vinegar
2 T aminos (soy sauce)
1 15 oz. cans lentils, drained and rinsed

1 15 oz. beans, drained and rinsed
Combine sugar and 8 spices in a bowl. Add tomato sauce, vinegar and aminos to
crockpot and mix well. Add spice
mixture to tomato sauce and mix well. Add beans and lentils and stir. Cook for about 4 hours on low, until the beans
are cooked, but not mushy. Serve on
buns.

Can this be frozen after its cooked?

Must try this! I have never had a real sloppy joe so wont be able to compare to anything but this just sounds delightful. and I am sure my baked bean addicted kids will LOVE this. No canned lentils but I am sure this would work just fine in a crock pot with dried ones.
